jeez. 52 mile ride and it took me over 4 hours...
24 mile warm-up followed by two hills climbs -solid 50 minutes climbing the mountain. Was going to attempt three climbs but my right knee said enough was enough..

Fairly exhausted... this might lead to the first ice bath of the year!
