Coach Sylvester gave us the option today of doing our fast workout today and a tempo Wednesday or the tempo today and go fast Wednesday. I picked the tempo because the last couple days have left me feeling less than sharp. Brett and Drew also tempoed today with me. Did 16x400 on the indoor track with 30-35 seconds between repeats and 45 seconds after each 4. Pace was: First mile 80, 2nd 77, 3rd 75, 4th 70-72. Felt pretty good. Worked into the faster sections so they wern't real bad. The last four got a little uncomfortable but nothing major. Those were alone too. Good workout overall. I'm looking forward to moving fast Wednesday.
