Comments:
Got back to run club today. Could tell haven't run in a while hung back with Austin. Then felt a little cramp coming on at the end, I was getting hungry so I put the jets on the way back. I thought I was struggling today but overall felt pretty good to get that in I would say.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched real quick then ate dinner and felt full. Timing was tight today.
