Comments:
15 min tempo at like 6:15ish pace, 3 min jog, 10 min tempo at like 6:20ish, 2 min jog, 5 min at hopefully 6:15ish.
I felt A LOT better today, and could actually keep up. It still felt sorta hard considering I was easily able to do a 5 mile continuous tempo at 6:15 pace during cross, at the beginning of the season. Hopefully i will be back to normal by Saturday and beat a lot of CMU girls.
