Comments:
A little slow and lethargic, tummy troubles came back to bite me early this morning. Had to have a "pit stop" along the way (TMI, sorry). No real stretch or strength after/before. Patience is a virtue. Hoping to do a nice 6 tomorrow before our day trip to Thimphu. Might run on Sunday considering I took 2 off days already, then do short on Monday? Will see how I feel.
