Comments:
Unlike run on Tuesday, this was split up not a bunch of different out and backs on various roads. Very slow in the end but still solid work. Sore from previous few days. Right hamstring needed some TLC beforehand but reacted very well to a longer and hillier effort. Some strength before, some stretch after. OFF tmrw and then low/mid 20s next week. Will keep an eye on hamstring. Knees are all good tho!!
