Comments:
Rain all morning and some cold coming in. Lots of errands today, not a lot of work. Ran up into Giles. It was pretty muddy. Hill was hard I didnt put as much effort as I should into it because I quickly got the downhill. Ran back over Giles footbridge. Started out feeling sluggish but much better finishing up.
Essentials: Stretch
Short stretch then out to take Floyd for a walk shook my legs out a little more. Lots of good mileage but thats always something good to look forward to being home.
