Across the bridge and to the LEFT

As the title says. Nice views, peaceful and quiet, road did start to go uphill big time RIGHT before I turned around. 4 short strides during the last mile. Some strength before, some stretch after. Great end to a great week.

Shot Anthony an email about maybe doing a 5k in RCP on the 18th. Goal for next 3 weeks is to level off at 20ish miles and stay healthy, tapering the last 2 weeks with 15ish and then 10 miles the week before I race. Goal for the race itself is to get anywhere under 20. I have no real expectations considering that while I have been training consistently for months and months, I have also had some bumps along the way and want nothing more than to preserve my legs for the summer and in turn the fall. It's looking like my course load might be a little lighter so I'll have ample time to get in good sleep and hopefully even better training. Lots to look forward to.
