Comments:
Strength before, no real stretch after. Did 7 short 15 second strides the last mile. Felt good. Need to keep up the good work on the sleep front. T-minus 11 days til I'm back in the 202. 3-4 tomorrow, same alternating pattern for rest of week most likely.
