w/ Cali Paul & Big Ben, talked about my shitty race tactics, indoor/outdoor UAAs, and cross country preseason camp. dear god this was slow and my legs still feel like shit. thats what I get for wearing old Summons for the second day in a row and sleeping 5 hours last night, legs are shot... argh hopefully back to normal shoes tomorrow and lots of sleep tonight will fix everything.
