Comments:
Jogged to bridge, did a few leg swings, and got right into the workout of 4x0.25mi with rest time equivalent to the length of the pickup. Goal was 80-100 seconds, with the uphill ones (first two) being slower and the downhill ones (last two) being a little faster. Went 1:29, 1:24, 1:23, 1:23. Bodes well for the weekend after next. Extended jog back. No real strength before, minimal stretch after. 2 tmrw, OFF thursday. Easy rest of week.
