^^Goodbye in Dzongkha. Last run in Bhutan, pretty much same route as first run I ever did here. Strength before, some stretching after. Hamstring was sore and tendon was acting up some, but that's expected after a day like yesterday. Sad to say goodbye to such an amazing place, but I'm endlessly glad for all the memories made, people met, and runs done at altitude. Will take tomorrow OFF and maybe Friday as well, but end goal remains 15 for the week.
