Weather: Colder, should have worn gloves

Comments:
Warm up + 50 second run. Gene gave me a lead to try and beat George(I didn't). 5 150s with recovery jogs after. 4X200 continuous relay style. Good to get the legs turning over. 2 lap cool down and jog up to the school(it started to rain).
