Comments:
I sure didn't miss the cold. 7 degrees + 15MPH winds. This cold stint only lasts until monday though, so it shouldn't be too bad.
Legs felt Ah-mazing today. I think I'll keep taking mondays off of running for swimming instead (unless the pool portion of SCUBA class turns into all technical scuba stuff and less actual exercise). The class is only 7 weeks long anyways, so it will be a nice way to keep my legs intact until more dirt trails open up.
