Comments:
One loop normal clockwise before I can went the opposite direction with 10 15ish second striders. Hit some respectable paces. Jogged in after the extension. No strength before, some stretch after. Excited about tmrw. Will rest up tonight and try to say off my feet for the remainder of the day as much as possible.
