Oh dear. Another run/walk! I felt better for the first part and went further without walking to start with, but then I just lost it. I'm rethinking the training schedule as there's no way that I'll be able to do 6 miles on Saturday. Maybe I will schedule in some walks, just so that I've covered the miles, and then hope that my fitness improves as I go on. I am going to eat more today, and see if that helps with tomorrow's run, as I have been eating quite a bit less than usual, partly through cutting down and partly by accident, eg not getting time for, or forgetting about lunch. Chilli for tea, so I will have lots of rice and hope that helps!
