Comments:
Stayed a night in Otis, MA, and felt the need to get in a nice short one. Around the lake with a short exchange. LOTS of Strength and a short stretch after. OFF tmrw and then 2-3 on Sunday at Camp.

Hamstring a lil beat up. I regret not taking more easy runs this past few weeks but I’m confident that if I just keep the mileage similarly low in the coming weeks I’ll be OK. Goal for the summer is to keep hamstring healthy and avoid the need to take any kind of time to do PT in the fall or miss any races for XC.
