Well this week was rough I woke up pretty burnt out then ran my self down again today. Kinda wishing I just finished it off my my brain is mushy. It was really hot this afternoon but I knew I didnt run Monday and this would help me out so I jut got out and went for a little something. Ran down Wasson to Marburg then came back on Madison. I could definitely feel it but I push along and actually had a good run. Keep telling my self one step in front of the other is how it gets done.

Essentials: Stretch

I had to get that Gatorade ASAP and rehydrate. Then stretched out a little bit been a while since I got that in.
