Comments:
Well last week wrecked me and its time to get some miles in. So I ran after I got home from a little bit in lab. Ran around in Hyde Park a little then got down to Wasson near the end then came back. It was slow going I felt kinda weak and the heat was picking up for sure. But these are good miles no doubt.
Essentials: Stretch
Good rehydration and stretch when I got back. Still hot. Legs felt better once I got back. Shoes are starting to feel really flat. I think I need some new ones soon.
