Comments:
This was brutal. We are in the heat wave and it was still really hot in the evening. I wanted to run real bad though. Working like this really puts it on any feels good at the end though just need to be careful. I was pretty gased out on the way back and ran home slowly.

Essentials: Stretch

Body and legs feel reset now. Was pretty restless the past few days but now I feel good tired.
