So-so run, but worked on EFFICIENCY. I think in the past week I've been OVER-DOING it with hip flexion -- just "too high" ("What do you mean, 'too high?' Too HARD?). Tried to keep the knee forward-foot forward without "bounding up".
The legs felt SHITTY but stabilized as I went along -- hopefully by shifting back to "efficient" mode the legs will come around. Otherwise, this is gonna SUCK.
It's been like 4 months and it the form is STILL inconsistent. Sheesh... This is NOT easy. I think the key to remember is that one doesn't need "super-high" hip flexion/"super-long" strides when running easy...otherwise the effect on the legs is the same as running fast pace all the time.
