Ran with 3 Guides who were eager to get out on CM. Felt solid enough. Pace was intentionally slower. Some strength and stretch after.
Great week on the whole! Exactly what I needed – under 20 with some hikes here and there. Low 20s this coming week, then keeping that up until the end of 1st sesh.
