Comments:
I was looking forward to this. Austin always talked about how intense Bender is and its hard for me to get over there. We had a good crew today though that made it out. It is pretty crazy I worked the hills hard and took the down hills super easy because I was terrified of wrecking my ankles. Made up for it even though its a short 3 mile loop you have to work for it. We raced up the middle hill at the end and I couldn't even make it all the way up running.
Essentials: Stretch
I stretched a little but mostly needed to rehydrate. I was super sweaty. We tried to get ice cream afterwards but couldn't. I still had a trek home and was tired when returning but also messed up my dinner schedule. Oh well. Burned quite a bit today and legs should be ok.
