Comments:
Up at 5, left camp by 5:45, was on the trailhead hiking by 8:15, then we hit Jefferson by 9:45, and were on Washington for lunch. Other peaks included Clay, Webster, Pierce, Jackson, etc. Banged my shin in the first 20 mins and the cartoonish bump that formed proved somehow to be all bark and no bite. Legs were exceedingly sore at the end but it was a day like no other. Highlight was without a doubt the Lake of the Clouds hut.
