did a track workout today, including a 4x800 with the team thats running in divisions on saturday. that part didnt go so well, but the rest was ok. after that 800, we did 4 400's, another 800, and 5 200's, although my hamstring wasnt feeling good so i only did 2 200's. times are guesstimated
