Exercise Type: Run
Weather: sweating like a pig/dog / horse?

Ran in the woods after a break. I ran some upper loops and went down to the creek and clocked the outandback... once I determined it was .23 out, I decided to run it 16 times to get my remaining 4 miles. Fortunately, I nixed that idea and ran on some fun trails on the side of the hill by the Commons. (not commons hill, woods hill.) That trail pretty much keeps you moving verrry slowwwwlyyy.. which is good because yesterday was a hard day. I probably shouldn't have taken some of the hills as fast as I did - it wasn't a hard day in terms of endurance, but it was hard in terms of agility and it probably didn't help my muscles recover!
Hopefully I won't have to learn a lesson! I'll try to make sure I get a nice easy flat run in at some point - maybe less mileage as well.
Took two breaks during this one - one to bring Jocey's piano books down to her lesson and another near the end when the woods were too quiet and inviting for me to keep going - I decided to sit and think. Like Pooh.
