Factory 52

Comments:
Feeling post semester lull. We started at Factory 52. It was hot hot hot out at that time. I actually biked over, got legs moving a little. Then we did a normal Norwood loop like I would do mostly, getting our way down to Wasson. I tailed off then got back to the front group and actually finished strong today. Really needed water at the end though.

Essentials: Stretch

Didnt stick around too long. Biked back home then stretched a little. Knees pretty tight because not used to those muscles when biking. Was super hungry and thirsty I just totally refueled but it was good body needed that.
