Knew this workout was comming all week. I felt like it would be fast but I could handle it. I ran in Victorys today because everyone was breaking out the racing spikes for this. The workout was 400, 600, 800, 600, 400. 400's were at 62, 600 1:36, and the 800 2:12 to 2:14. Felt like this was doable. After the first quarter I felt al little tight but I've felt that way before and done fine. Pushed through the rest real well. The second 600 sucked was 1 sec over. I feel like I locked into a pace on that one though and didn't push like I needed to in the last lap. Ran 58.7 for the last quarter though which brought things back good. I probably ran stupid here though. I wasn't controled with the paces. I the first 200 of everything in 29-30 which was a mistake.
