Comments:
Spent the morning chilling because I didnt want to get to Hocking Hills too late. It was a nice day to take it easy take it off. I guess I needed that. Drive out took a while but its not too bad and it just so nice out there in the woods. Met Phil first then Ckells made it in and we got out for a good run on the back wood state forest roads. Pretty hilly to be honest and I wasnt sure how I was gonna feel. But at the end of the day, feel just like I always do since I am so used to that. It was nice just did a little short segment today to shake it all off.
Essentials: Stretch
Definitely had time to get a good stretch in afterwards and rehydrate as well. Thats important cause its still hot out.
