Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Getting the run in early today. Didnt eat much breakfast just got out and got it in. We went further down the road this time out 30 and back. Pace was consistent and I didnt feel as wrecked as I did last weekend. Plus being in the shade was real nice. Felt like preseason camp actually, especially on those up and down roads. Out there like that the time just flies by.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched out well and recovered once we got back. Didnt have too much of a time constraint but we did want to get out and go hiking at Hocking Hills and enjoy the rest of the day. Legs kinda sore overall after that.
