Comments:
I kinda like the fact that I can feel sick all day, have woobly feeling legs for the first mile or two of the warmup and then bust out a track workout without missing a beat. I'm not entirely sure what that means, but I like it.
4x200m, 1x400m, 1x800m, 1x400m, 4x200m.
4x200m @ about 40s, a tad slow getting started.
1x400m @ 80s, faster than the workout wanted but smeh.
1x800m @ 2:50 which was way to fast.
1x400m @ 80s, to fast, but consistent!
Last four 200m went 38, 36, 33, 28. Weeee
3 mile warm up and cool down. After every interval we jogged the corresponding distance for a break.
