Comments:
Went for a walk/hike in Mt Airy this morning. Hadnt been over there and thought it would be a good day to check it out with Mom. Wasnt looking forward to getting back to work today to be honest so I was excited to be outside for a little bit today. Its nice actually, more of a woods than a park but lots of hiking trails and an opportunity to be out in the quiet nature. In the afternoon, made it back to run club for an easy out and back. Going out, could feel a cramp coming on and on the way back it hit hard. Must have been from being home and snacking and not drinking regularly. Well at least I slogged it out. Legs actually felt good like I could get it going.
Essentials: Stretch
Walked back from Hyde Park Square just to be safe. Didnt get in to stretch right away and was tight as a result. Anyways, more miles on the shoes and charging up my legs.
