Just chillin today gearing myself up for a raging semester. I hung out and ran early afternoon. New shoes. Was just lounging and apparently didnt wait enough from lunch because as soon as I got out, cramped up bad. That combined with the humidity made it just not worth it. I was looking forward to a good run and glad I got out, but it wasnt the right time. Just did a short loop down to Madison then struggled to come back. Dont feel good afterwards, just more lazy and depleted. Try to get out again later this evening if I am feeling it.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

I had to walk it down a little an let stomach regroup. Left knee is tight when I stretch. New shoes feel good though wish I could break them in a little bit more appropriately.
