Comments:
Oof sometimes you need a full on recovery day. Took it chill most of the day then got out for a run and initially I was not geared up. Went pretty slowly on the way out and really had to work it. Did the full Richmans loop that we would usually do expect the out and back to Withrow. Once I got to Withrow though I was feeling pretty good so it just took a while to break out and get a pace going. Can definitely tell I hadn't done much since the long mileage on Monday. Felt like a the beginning of a crispy fall out though.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Got in and stretched out and rolled because leg is still really stiff when I try to bend it out. Dont feel that at all running but just lounging man feels creaky. Felt great to shake this off today.
