Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Had a full day today. And made it out in time for run club. Glad there were a lot of other people there to run with. I felt fine today, building up from the weekend. It was a bit warm out thought which was challenging at first. I noticed I wasnt quite hydrated enough.
Essentials: Stretch
Good run back then got in some stretching and hydration. Legs tight but I like that feeling at the end of the day.
