Track Tuesday Pt. 1

Weather: 70's; Sunny

Comments:
Strength, extended jog to the track, warmups, strides, and into the workout for today: ladder (2, 4, 8, 16, 8, 4, 2). Goals were 34ish, 75-80, 2:40-2:50, and 5:40-5:50, respectively. Actual splits were:

4: 77
8: 2:47
16: 5:48
8: 2:44
4: 77
2: 34.4

Cool down jogs were 2, 2, 4, 8, 2 plus extended break at porta potty :(, 2, plus 4 at the end, before I jogged extended way home. No real stretch after.

On the whole, happy with my performance today. Knee held up really well, which was awesome. Next workout (Thursday, presumably) will likely be 800 or mile repeats. We'll see! 4ish tomorrow.
