Comments:
Jogged to Harvard via Hill and Geddes. Warmed up, did strides and got to it. 8 hills, with a flat sprint at top at the end of each rep. Each rep was about 300m long, with times ranging from 72 to 83. Extended 5 min cooldown halfway. Extended jog back. Sore but worth it. 4ish tomorrow.
