Weather: 70’s: Clear
Comments:
Some strength (plus a whole lot of massage gun), then got out the door, stretch after. Some knee discomfort to start, but that went away by the end of the first mile. Extended on Packard some at the end to get mileage up, just so that I can take tomorrow off if needed. If not tmrw, then Monday, when I have my first PT. Excited to learn some new exercises to keep this pain at bay!
