Comments:
Intimidated by the heat yesterday I thought it best to just get out there early. I didnt sleep in much but was rested and ready. I like this loop its a little longer and makes you work for sure. Going out was fine. Turning around the heat hit me though and I started to feel fatigued. On Wasson though, picked up the pace and felt much much better, like I put something in and got something out.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Rehydrated. That was my main issue. I dont think I recovered from last night. Man knee still tight when I stretch but legs feel great out there.
