Comments:
Finally feeling like fall! Appointment this morning was super helpful: doc told me that my quads are weak and that’s why my knee has been acting up. He told me keep mileage where it is and hit leg press frequently. Also, avoid mixing up surfaces in runs and keep the terrain flat. All told.

So, hit IM building for leg extensions and leg press, plus additional strength, then down and back on Pauline/side streets. 6 strides last mile. Might do track workout tomorrow, we’ll see where I’m at later pain-wise.
