Palmer Half-Miles

Comments:
Started out in the gym, with leg press and other strength work. Warmup mile, strides and drills, then got into 8x0.5mi on a weirdly lengthed track (360m?). Was just going off of watch mileage. Goal was 2:40-2:50. Cooldowns were a minute each, with 2-min cooldown after 4 reps, plus a lap at the end. Splits were: 2:52, 2:46. 2:40, 2:47, 2:49, 2:51, 2:47, 2:43. Little bit more fluctuation than I would've liked but it was a solid effort nonetheless. Cooldown mile and called it. Will probably go 3-4 tmrw, we'll see. Knee feels OK, will ice later and use massage gun.
