Comments:
What a random guy on State Street told me by the bridge. Undoubtedly the greatest heckling/Wolf Whistle I've ever received. Anyway, I felt great this morning and thought that I should capitalize on this feeling and get a run in.

Hoover to Main to Beakes into Northside, around Riverside Park trail, then back via Division and Ann to State. 6 Strides in mile 4. Workout tomorrow. Strength (with a few sets of leg presses at the gym) before, stretch after.
