Jogged roundabout way to track after leg presses in the IM building. Goal for the day was 16x400m @75-80sec, with minute-ish cooldowns (somewhat extended every 4 reps, full lap at halfway). Splits were

Cooldown included in workout mileage. Overall, a little disappointed that I couldn't hack the lower range of 75-80, but not terribly mad at myself considering I still got out there and got this one in. Will do short tomorrow and no workout on Thursday ahead of meet on Saturday!
