Comments:
Up State to Monroe to Packard to 5th ave up to the trail by the river, crossing the dam bridge to the other side (a first!) and turning around after 17 and change. Nice recovery run. Strength before, stretch after. No leg presses today, will get that in tmrw (5-6 mi) then 3-4 on Friday.
