Comments:
Down State to Packard to Stadium to Washtenaw and in and around Britton Woods for a hot sec before turning back and going home the same way I came. Strength before, rolled out after.
Got a fluke PT spot this morning, learned some new exercises and that quad strength wasn't the issue, but rather anatomical knee placement (R femur is pronated or sumn like that). Either way, I'll keep up with those new exercises, roll out after runs, and monitor pain as it comes. Other than that, business as usual. Short tomorrow with strides before race Saturday.
