Running With The Buffaloes is a must read for anyone who has a passion for running. I started reading it last night and I haven't been able to put it down since. The only time I put it down was to run 9 miles. This book has motivated me to be better. To train longer and harder. This week I plan to run 60 miles on a new method of training I read about in the book. It's called the Lydiard method and it obviously works. It's all about running long miles, it's supposed to be better and help you run faster times. If 60 miles goes well this week, next week might be 70. We'll see. Either way today's nine miles wasn't too bad. My legs aren't hurting that bad, yet that is. Ok back to reading the book...and maybe another run tonight after that.
