Comments:
Slept in and putzed around but I still had stuff to do. The week spilled over a little bit. I didnt get around to run until late. Sun was getting lower but it was still kinda warm. I just didnt have the energy today. I struggled, but it was still good to be out there. I wish I could feel stronger and could go longer but it wasnt the vibe today. I need to reset because the next few weeks will be just as grueling.

Rehydrated and stretched. Knee pretty tight now actually. Makes sense after not getting around much last week.
