Torrance to Woodburn

Comments:
Glad I got up and out today because it was getting warm. Felt a little better than yesterday. I was sore this morning but worked it out. Ran down Torrance up WHT and then kept going and came back Woodburn. Nice little loop. Held the pace and I liked that especially coming back on Wasson when I really started to feel it.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Got some good recovery when I got back. Another day to just chill out and prep for a few tough weeks coming up.
