Weather: 50’s; Partly Cloudy
Comments:
Jogged to track extended way, strength, warmups, strides, then onto the workout of 4xmile at 5:50ish, with lap jogs in between. Times were 5:49, 5:47, 5:41, 5:35. Overall, happy with performance. When I got done, I maybe thought I could do a fifth but I figured I should hold off just in case it aggravated my knee, which was a little achy last night. So, I quit while I was ahead and jogged a lap before heading home an extended way. 4ish tmrw, MAYBE another workout on Thursday, we’ll see.
