One man's warmup is another man's workout

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran with the distance guys for their 2 mile warmup which is conveniently the number of miles I planned on running...felt good and effortless, no pain, just a cold. I have no classes tomorrow, so if I don't feel better, I'll take it off, I've been running quite a bit and cross training hard too. I really think I'm ahead of schedule and I don't want to kill myself. My body needs a chance to recover.

That being said. I need to start planning a little better.

Thursday:
OFF (no running, cross train if feeling better)

Friday:
1-2 Miles, depending on how I feel, 30-45 minutes cross train, lift if time permits (get it in on Sat/Sun if necessary), core/stretching

Saturday:
BEFORE MEET 2 miles...X-train 30-45, core/stretch,
motivate/watch the Spartan domination

Sunday:
Bask in the glory of Saturday's domination/be pissed that I physically had nothing to do with it/try running 3 miles on North Park
